Who is LEO Agriculture? LEO Agriculture is a family owned compnay located in Monroe, Wisconsin. The company is run by the father and son duo of Nico and JD Leonard. The Name LEO comes from the first three letters of our last name Leonard. We strongly believe in our local economy and supporting local businesses close to us in return growing our family through our vendors and customers by building heavy duty and high quality products.

Our goal is to efficiently manufacture high-quality products to set us apart from the competition utilizing the latest technology to save our customers money. We still believe in the good old days of doing business on a handshake and building a quality product made to last not just your generation, but also into your childrens lifetime.

LEO business started in 1988 when Nico Leonard saw the need for a TMR mixer that is more durable and versatile. Farming with 120 Holsteins himself he understood the need for a homogenous ration, mixing versatility, durability, and dependability. The company steadily grew from just building a machine for his personal farm, then a few friends up to today where LEO has over 800 machines in the field working. LEO Agriculture is a family owned company delivering innovative products with superior quality.
